Membership

GF Club Card Membership: This is a subscription of £5 per month.  Once subscribed you will be sent a link to the App where your digital GF Club Card will be displayed.  The GF Club Card Membership allows you access to the GF App giving discounts and offers from local and other businesses. (Offers can be withdrawn at any time).

Gold Membership: This is paid monthly by direct debit.  Once the direct debit form is signed, you will receive confirmation of the amount and the date it will be taken from your account. You will also be sent a link to download the App, where all our events will be showcased and in addition all the discounts and offers from local businesses.

 

General terms

All events are for ladies only (unless otherwise stated).

Attendees acknowledge the voluntary nature of their attendance, assuming all associated risks.

Attendees release The Ginger Fig Club from liability for injuries or damages, including those resulting from negligence.

Attendees are responsible for personal belongings and well-being.

Photography

Consent to being photographed or recorded for the Ginger Fig Club purposes ie website and social media is automatically assumed. Should anyone not wish to be photographed they should make the Ginger Fig Club aware, prior to the event, by email at [email protected]

Code of Conduct

Expected respectful behaviour, The Ginger Fig Club have the right to remove disrespectful attendees without refund.

Cancellation – Events

The Ginger Fig Club can cancel, modify or reschedule an event. In this event The Ginger Fig Club will advise everyone as soon as possible and arrange refunds if relevant.

Cancellation – Membership

You may cancel your subscription or direct debit at anytime, you must be an active Gold or GF Club Card Member at the time of any events you have purchased.

Force Majeure

The Ginger Fig Club will not be liable for delays or failures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

Tickets and Refunds

All tickets are non refundable. However, if you are a Gold Member and in the event you are unable to attend an event, The Ginger Fig Club will always endeavour to sell the cancelled ticket and if successful, will make a refund minus an administration fee of 10% of the original ticket purchase price.

The tickets are transferable to another lady unless it is a Gold Members Exclusive Event when the ticket can only be transferred to another Gold Member.

Event prices

When we purchase tickets from outside suppliers, they are often purchased at a group rate, but with additional charges, such as (but not limited to), admin, card processing fees, website costs, booking agent fees.

All events are ticketed and you must purchase a valid ticket for admission

The Ginger Fig Club reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person for any reason.

The ticket price is the price you agree to pay and each ticket will state what is included.

Where transport is included, we always include additional time to reach the event, however, we cannot be held responsible for traffic conditions etc that cause us to arrive late.

All our events are for ladies only unless otherwise specified and for those over 18 years old (unless otherwise stated).

Some events will have a precise start time (Tour/minibus departure), in the event that late arrivals miss the event no refund will be given. The Ginger Fig Club will always endeavour to wait, (you must call us if running late) but there is no guarantee.

All events are subject to availability.

Important Notice: Food Allergy Information:  Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions you may have, which we will pass onto the venue. Please be aware that whilst we will advise the venue, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. Our venues will do their best to label allergens and prepare food safely, but we encourage attendees with severe allergies to exercise caution and use their discretion when consuming food at the event. If you have specific concerns or questions regarding allergens, please contact us in advance so we can assist you accordingly. 

Lost Tickets

Tickets sent from outside suppliers will carry different terms and conditions and if lost may not be able to be replaced.

Theatre tickets

All tickets are non refundable.

Our tickets are all group rate tickets which is why we can obtain great discounts but often we have to reach a minimum number, if we are unable to reach the minimum number we will be unable to honour the booking.

If a performance is cancelled then an alternative date will be arranged or a credit note will be given.

It is your responsibility to be able to get to the venue, refunds will not be given for those unable to get to the venue due to train strikes etc.

All theatre tickets are subject to availability.
