This is a small exclusive group for just 8 ladies and ideal to relax and de-stress. This mini 2 hour retreat is ideal for those that have not tried yoga or meditation before, or have been nervous about doing it, or maybe have not done it for sometime.  Why not come along to this private group to try it out.

    • 90 minutes of slow-paced Yoga & Meditation practice with guided meditation, breathing techniques that help to you to relax, gentle movements to ease tension and keep you supple and energising.

    * Bonus: End with 30 minutes for enjoying a cup of Vietnamese Lotus tea + homemade sweet snack for tea.
