Why not take this day just for yourself and have some real ‘me time’. Not only will you be learning lots of great tips but it will also be a gorgeous day at a beautiful venue with other lovely Ginger Fig Club ladies – go on treat yourself!

We are delighted to have so many interesting speakers coming together for the day to caht, demonstrate and help us embrace the ageing process!

We are really looking forward to this interactive and informative day during which there will be lots of opportunities for questions and discussions.

The day will start with coffee and pastries whilst everyone arrives and there will be lots of breaks with refreshments and a buffet lunch is also included.

All guests will also receive a goodie bag at the end of the day.

Below is a snapshot of the day to give you an idea of what to expect:

9am           Coffee & pastries

9.30 am            Judith Spruzs – Clinical lead, Menopause Health

Judith will educate us on ageing and inform us about our options on how to keep in the best health possible. She will outline the general ageing symptoms, what tests are relevant as we age, how to make changes, how to support symptoms and how to support our friends.

10.30am          Lisa Wand – Reflexologist & business of owner of ‘Reflexology with Lisa Wand’

Lisa’s aim is to introduce the benefits of reflexology and the importance of bespoke treatments. She will explain what it is, the different options, who it can help and will also include a client live treatment & interview during her talk.

11.30am          Susan Foulger – Joy of Taste 

Susan is an accomplished chef and nutritionist whose aim is to empower individuals to embrace vitality and renewal through dietary and lifestyle choices. She will look at the body’s responses to stress and how to promote post stress recovery. Susan will also introduce us to nutritional chocolates – YES! Chocolate you will not feel guilty eating!

Break for lunch

1.15pm             Jean Androne – ‘Loving Pilates’

Jean will outline why fitness is so important as we get older. She will highlight the importance of mobility, how often we should exercise and why Pilates is so important.

2pm                    Louise Thac – Hair Advice Centre

Louise will advise us on how to look after hair during the ageing process, covering thinning, styling, colouring and general hair care.  She will also give an unbiased introduction to treatment options.

2.50pm             Sophie Barclay and Jessica O’Malley – Skin Refinery

Sophie and Jessica are skin specialists and clinic owners  who will explain how the skin changes as we age, how we can slow down the ageing process and what treatments and products can assist in this. There will also be a demonstration of a treatment.

3.30pm             Diane Mitchell – Wonderful World of Wellbeing

Diane will discuss what causes sleep disruption, looking at what is behind it all and tips on how to improve it. Looking forward to a good nights sleep on Sunday!

Also joining us is Helen Bowle – Ambassador for Tropic Skincare & makeup

Helen will be there throughout the day to advise on getting the best out of your skincare routine. Also how to deal with menopausal and ageing skincare challenges and providing top tips on makeup looks for mature skin.

She’ll be bringing with her Tropic’s award-winning, toxic-free skincare essentials, sun care, bronzing and makeup range for you to try, all freshly made in Surrey.
