Reformer Pilates is a powerful, low-impact workout that strengthens and lengthens the body simultaneously. Using spring resistance, it helps improve posture, build core strength, increase flexibility, support joint health, and enhance overall body awareness – all while being kind to the body. Expect to feel energised, aligned, and deeply connected to your movement.
At Soma Studios, the small-group classes (just eight reformers) allow for personalised guidance in a calm, welcoming space.
