As you enjoy coffee and pastries at the beautiful Sunningdale Park, Erica, known for her exceptional sugarcraft skills, will guide you through a captivating 90-minute demonstration, showing you how to create and exquisitely decorate her stunning signature floral cupcake bouquet.

With a background in art and design, and a passion for creativity, Erica transitioned from a medical career in South Africa to cake artistry when she moved over to the UK. Since launching Iced Innovations in 2006, she has become known for her beautifully detailed cakes and members can enjoy a experience created just for you!

An accomplished baker and tutor, Erica recently won First in Class at Cake International 2025 for her Vegan Lemon Drizzle Cake. She creates elegant wedding and celebration cakes for clients across London and the South of England.
