You are invited to a very special afternoon at the Alain Roux Culinary School located in the beautiful riverside grounds of the Waterside Inn. The school is a state-of-the-art renovation of the house that Chef Alain’s late father, Michel Roux, lived in – a truly special place.

Highlights of the afternoon include:

• Exclusive access to the Michel Roux OBE private library, which Chef Alain created in homage to his late father and the remarkable Roux legacy.
• Unique opportunity to meet Chef Alain Roux (and witness his humility and wicked sense of humour too!)
• Discover the secrets to one of the classic Roux dishes – Goat’s Cheese Soufflé. This will be an entertaining step by step demonstration by Chef Instructor, Michael Nizzero (as opposed to a hands-on cooking lesson) 
• Sample the Goat’s Cheese Soufflé along with a glass of Champagne
• ·A special peek behind-the-scenes tour of The Waterside Inn’s kitchen to see its 20+ chefs in action
