We are delighted to be returning to the Gordon Ramsay Academy, following two fabulous previous visits. We love it there!

Seeing friends and family over Easter?   Why not surprise your guests with what you can learn from our exclusive  ‘Easter baking’ demonstration evening at the Gordon Ramsay Cookery Academy.

This Easter Baking Demo will be entirely sweet and will endeavour to cover some of the following:

• Family favourite (e.g. Carrot Cake)
• Traditional bake (e.g. Simnel Cake)
• Something fun for younger guests that you can make as a family
• Bread-based bake (E.g. Hot Crossed Buns)

The chefs will then incorporate showcasing two different techniques for cake making (oil based and creaming based), a yeast bake (bread) with an activity to enjoy as a family / that younger guests would love.

PLEASE NOTE: The foods made will NOT be suitable for a gluten free or vegan diet, but will be fully vegetarian. We’ll also likely be covering making marzipan, so would not recommend for guests with a nut allergy.

Even if you don’t enjoy baking we are sure you will still enjoy this lovely evening , plus enjoy a glass or two of wine and tasting some of the gorgeous food made! Whilst there will be tastings throughout the experience, but this will not constitute a full meal, so we would encourage you to make sure you have eaten before you arrive.
