Fego’s have teamed up with Marc Summers, the founder of Bubala, a Middle Eastern vegetarian restaurant taking Spitalfields and Soho by storm and Jake Norman, a celebrated chef who has worked in a number of London’s finest Middle Eastern kitchens including Bubala and Ottolenghi – they are joining forces to create an amazing Levantine inspired vegetarian evening.
